- BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1. You can book for Hotel Antik in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation. You will receive confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
1.3 A deposit of 20% (fifty) of the total amount of the reservation is required 7 (seven) calendar days after booking confirmation. The balance of your entire reservation must be paid up to 3 days prior to check-in if it is by bank transfer or cash upon check-in. If you wish to cancel a reservation on which a guarantee deposit has been transferred, the penalties described below in the cancellation conditions apply.
1.4. In case of non-payment within the specified time frame, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation made.

2.1. Cancellation of a reservation you have made can be done in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 3 (three) days prior to arrival, the customer does not owe a penalty, except in the case of bookings made on special holiday packages, which further describe the booking and cancellation times. The deposit paid is refunded to the customer.
.2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 72 (seventy-two) hours before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance on your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation is considered cancelled.
2.4 In case of inability to make the reservation due to announced restrictions in connection with COVID 19, the hotel refunds the paid deposit to the customer in 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist.
2.5 Hotel Antik keeps the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control.
In these cases the hotelier:
- Offers the customer accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
- Refunds the deposit paid by the client in 30 (thirty) – days from the date of receipt of a written request for this by the tourist, and does not owe a penalty to the tourist.
- ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in everyday after 14:00h.
- Check-out until 12:00h.
3.2. For later check-out, the customer can contact a receptionist and will be charged according to an approved price list.
3.3. Pets cannot be accommodated.
3.4. Check-in at the hotel is done by submitting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The personal information provided by you are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.

- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. Hotel Antik undertakes to provide the client in full with the services requested and paid for by him.
5.2. Hotel Antik is required not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
5.3. Hotel Antik is not responsible for any damages caused by actions of third parties.
5.4. All claims related to the quality of the paid services must be made by the customer on the spot at the hotel to remedy the weaknesses.
5.5. Sum for requested but unused services in whole or in part due to customer’s fault shall not be refunded.
5.6. All prices announced on the website of Hotel Antik, as well as in the e-mail messages of the hotel sent to the customer, are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be bound by other offers, promotions and terms. If further information is needed on our proposals, our team is available.
5.7. Additional services are not calculated automatically at the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms stored outside the personal safe in them, restaurants or spa, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The client takes the responsibility to comply with the generally accepted norms of good behavior during his stay at the hotel. All costs of material damage caused to the hotel are due to be paid by the customer.
5.10. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Hotel Antik, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in case of a finding of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of BGN 100.00.
5.11. Customers using the services of Hotel Antik should be adults according to the Bulgarian legislation /aged 18 (eighteen) years/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of Hotel Antik.
5.12 Hotel Antik reserves the right to change the information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, they are deemed to have read the General Terms and Conditions and agree with them. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our site are considered an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered to be acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Residence at the hotel.
